Documentation for the placing and the permission
It contains data and documents needed for the project plan placing location and implementation permit. It includes assignments for site surveys and their evaluation, technical drawings, construction descriptions, environmental impact assessments, fire safety solutions and other requirements according to applicable legislation.
Documentation for the contractor selection
It serves as a basis for the tender procedure. It contains a list of dimensions, technical specifications, draft of contract terms and conditions and other documents necessary for the transparent and efficient selection of a supplier.
Documentation for building construction execution
Detailed technical documents for the actual construction or implementation of the project. It includes execution drawings, technological procedures, coordination of professions and continuity of works.
