What does expert supervision include?
Technical supervisor of the investor
he/she represents the investor on the construction site and supervises the quality, scope and correctness of the work performed. He/she monitors compliance with documentation, technical standards and contractual terms and conditions, checks invoicing, participates in inspection days and ensures acceptance of completed works.
Author's supervision by the project engineer
provides the expert supervision of the project engineer over construction implementation according to approved documentation. He/she assesses changes, proposes technical solutions to deviations and protects the architectural and technical plan of the project.
Engineering activity
it includes the complete administrative and technical preparation of the project – from the plan to acceptance. It coordinates the permitting processes, ensures that the authorities concerned express their views, represents the investor in negotiations with the authorities and participates in the preparation of tender procedures.
