Who we are and what we process

You hereby grant your consent to the company ENERGOPROJEKT PRAHA s.r.o., with its registered office at Na žertvách 2247/29, 180 00 Prague 8 - Libeň, Company ID No. 22657649, tel.: +420 227 133 301, e-mail: egp@egp.cz (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), to process the following personal data:

first and last name,

company name,

e-mail,

phone number,

address,

company address,

shopping preferences.

Purpose of personal data processing

Personal data may be processed on the basis of your consent and must be processed for the following purposes:

• advertising targeting on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms,
• sending commercial communications,
• creating and managing a user account,
• service support,
• enabling comments between users,
• provision of references,
• participation in the provisional program,
• storing your shopping and customer preferences,
• order processing and online payment services,
• Cookie storage - rules for handling cookies.

Data retention period

This data will be processed by the Administrator:

for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller and to enforce claims arising from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship),

until consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, for a maximum of 3 years if personal data is processed on the basis of consent.

Your consent and rights

You give your express consent to the above processing. The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to egp@egp.cz. Please note that under the Regulation, you have the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time,
• request information from us about what personal data we process,
• request a copy of this data,
• request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing,
• request that we delete this personal data, request data portability,
• file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or take legal action.
