He has been working at ENERGOPROJEKT PRAHA since 2004. He started as a designer of water management structures and, after holding positions as lead designer, project group leader, and construction department manager, he became the manager of the construction design department on January 1, 2026. His motto is: "We don't look for problems, we look for solutions." In our approach to construction projects, we focus on finding constructive ways to overcome challenges.
