Útvar finance zajišťuje finanční stabilitu a transparentní hospodaření společnosti. Řídí účetnictví, controlling a treasury, připravuje podnikatelské plány a prognózy. Odpovídá za správu cash flow, finanční reporting a komunikaci s externími partnery, jako jsou auditoři, banky či investoři. Sleduje legislativní požadavky, vyhodnocuje efektivitu hospodaření a podporuje vedení společnosti při strategickém rozhodování prostřednictvím finančních analýz a ukazatelů.
